OK, it's a bit of a pun that will only be understood by a small percentage of people....

In the Atari 8-bit range of computers decimal location 77 (4D hex) was labeled ATRACT. (The Atari arcade machines also had an attract mode, but this shirt is directed at the computer owners, so I choose not to discuss that.)

Location 77 contained the attract mode timer and flag. Attract mode set your colors to low luminance levels and rotated the colors if your keyboard had not been touched for seven to nine minutes. This helped prevent phosphor burn-out(in) on your television screen if a static image was displayed for an extended period of time. It was normally set by a timer, incremented every four seconds by VBLANK, counting up from decimal 0 to decimal 127 ($7F), whereupon it would shift to decimal 254 ($FE) and activate attract mode. You could bypass the timer and activate it immediately by poking 128 ($80) into this location.

It was called 'Attract mode' because the shifting colors caught the eye of consumers in computer stores.

About the shirts themselves

These shirts are screen printed on heavy weight pre-shrunk 100% cotton or a lighter weight cotton/poly blend, depending upon what is available at the time of order.  If you desire a specific type (cotton or cotton/poly) please leave me a note with your order and I'll do everything I can to fulfill your request. All shirts are printed on demand. This shirt will generally be screened, heat set, and shipped within one to three days of your order.

At the moment, the shirts are sourced locally; and we attempt to use Gildans or Jerzees; however, we will also use  Hanes or Fruit of the Loom tees if that is all that is available in a particular size. We can accept special requests; if you want a different color or type of shirt or ink, if you'd like the graphic to be a different color than the text, we'll be happy to work with you, just send us a note and let us know. 

For special orders, please understand that since we currently source our tees locally, we can't guarantee the availability of a particular color in all sizes.  This is normally only a problem in sizes larger than XL.  In addition, for the women's fitted shirts, we currently have no control over whether the shirt will be scoop neck or v-neck.  Contact us and we'll do everything we can to get you the shirt you actually desire.

Size charts

I generally use Gildan or Jerzees - though I will occasionally purchase Hanes or Fruit of the Loom if that is all that is available in the color and size combination that you request.

Size means your actual body measurement. When in doubt or if you fall in between sizes, order a size up.

How the garments are measured

Garment Dimensions: Lay the garment flat and double the measurements shown to get the circumference of the shirt. Compare that to your actual body measurement and allow room for movement. Manufacturers allow for a tolerance of + or - 1 inch. When in doubt or if you fall in between sizes, order a size up.
